摘　　要： 混合室在流浆箱中起着均匀浆流、稳定压力的重要作用 ,而混合室的长度是混合室设计中的重要参数。本文探讨了混合室的作用机理 ,对混合室中浆料的流动过程进行分析 ,求得射流组初始段长度 ,得出混合室的长度必须大于射流组初始段长度 。 The mixing chamber of headbox plays an important role in homogenizing pulp flow and stabilizing pressure fluctuation of pulp. The length of mixing chamber is an important parameter. This paper discusses the operation mechanism of mixing chamber and analyzes the flow process of pulp in mixing chamber and the length of primary region in the jet groups is determined. It is concluded that the length of mixing chamber must be longer than that of primary region in the jet groups but not be too long.
