摘 要: 本文研究了硅酸铝短纤维ZL101时效行为的影响,探讨了不同时效处理与复合材料摩擦磨损行为的关系结果表明,时效温度越高,硬度及摩擦磨损性能越低,但均比铸态和固熔态的复合材料性能要好。160℃时效时的复合材料性能最好。 This paper investigates the influences of aluminium silicate shot fiber ln the ageing behaviours of ZL101 and the relation dhips between the friction and wear behaviours and different ageing treatments.Results show that, with higher ageing temperture, the hardeness and friction and wear propertieswill get porer,but yet possesses better properties than the composite muferials in the as cast condition and solid solution stafe. The best composife maferials properials will be acxhieved at an ageing temperture of 160℃.
