摘　　要： 运用两种方法对经溴标记的涂布纸中羧基丁苯胶乳在涂层内的分布进行了检测。一是运用X射线电子能谱 ;二是将样品固化并经金相处理后 ,运用背反射电子象进行分析。结果表明虽然两种方法的检测结果具有不同的特点 ,但都能获得胶乳在涂层内分布的有关信息 。 Two methods were used to analyze the distribution of carboxylated styrene butadiene latex in the coating layer,one is energy dispersive X ray spectrometer,the other is backscattered electron(BSE) imaging after treating the sample by standard metallographic techniques. The results show that both methods can obtain the information of distribution of latex in the coating layer,although they have different characteristics. It is expected that the way had been paced would lead to further study on binder migration.
