摘　　要： 市场经济是一种契约经济,契约的自我执行是建立在信息基础之上的。因此,信用是市场效率的保证。转轨时期出现的“制度缺位”和新旧制度摩擦是我国信用问题的主要原因。信用制度的建立有赖于经济、政治和文化体制改革的进一步深入。 Market economy is a contract oriented economy, the carrying out of contract is based on credit. Thus, credit is the guarantee of market efficiency. The lack of regularities and the conflicts between the new and old system appeared in the transitional period are the main causes of the problems concerning credit in our country. The establishing of credit system depends heavily on the further reform of our economic, political and cultural systems.
