摘 要: 简要介绍了上海轨道交通1、2号线车辆转向架构架裂纹的整改方案及进行静强度和疲劳强度试验的方法。以线路运营试验检测到的载荷数据为基础,综合考虑构架裂纹的部位和各种影响因素确定了本试验的试验载荷,提出了试验结果的评定标准,并对试验结果进行了分析。试验证明,通过对构架的裂纹处采取补强措施,可改善构架的应力分布,提高构造强度。 With a brief introduction of the tests on the static and dynamic strengths of the reinforcement bogie frame applied in trains of Shanghai Metro Line 1 and Line 2, this paper discusses the features of the crack position on bogie frames and the influence factors, which are drawn out from the load data measured in practical operation on the main line, and argues that proper measures to deal with the cracks on bogie frames shall improve the stress on the bogie and thus heighten the structural intensity.
