摘　　要： 本文针对炼油企业各个环节的特点,建立了炼油企业生产运营系统活动模型。将需求预测、生产计划和原油采购等部分进行活动模型分解,建立了炼油企业生产运营系统IDEF0模型。 An activity model of production and operation system in refinery is presented on the basis of its own characteristics. Components such as market forecasting, production planning and crude oil procurement are further decomposed. IDEF0 model is built.
