摘 要: 在催化剂6%氢氧化钠水溶液存在下,以玉米淀粉为原料,以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,以N-(2,3-环氧丙基)三甲基氯化铵为阳离子化试剂(GTA),制备了交联阳离子淀粉(CCS)。通过凯氏定氮方法考察了6%氢氧化钠水溶液、水含量、反应温度和反应时间对取代度和反应效率的影响。当交联淀粉用量为5.8g,GTA用量为3.0g时,最佳反应条件为:6%氢氧化钠水溶液1.0g、反应温度80℃、反应时间2h、反应体系含水量30%。在此条件下,取代度可达0.35,反应效率为53.3%。对制得阳离子淀粉的脱色性能研究结果表明,交联阳离子淀粉对某些阴离子具有优异的脱色效果。当投加量为140mg/L时,对质量浓度为2mg/L甲基橙脱色率可达87.4%。 In the presence of sodium hydroxide solution(6%), the cross-linking cationic starch bearing quatern aryamino groups was prepared via reaction of starch with glycidyl trimethyl am monium chloride(GTA) by dry process. The effects of sodium hydroxide catalyst solution(6%), reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of water on reaction efficiency were studied and discussed briefly. Under conditions: starch 5.8g, GTA3g, sodium hydroxide solution(6%)2g, reaction time4h, reaction temperature 80℃ .And amount of water 24.6%, the product with 0.3 degree of substitution was obtained. The action efficiency was 83.3%. The results show that the cross-linking cationic starch was an excellent decolorant for reactive dyes. When the dosage was 120mg/L, the decolorization efficency on synthetic was tewater containin greactive methyl orange.
