摘 要: 应用加速单纯形优化技术设计出计算机优化程序。将其应用于火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定铜的分析测试条件调优,使铜的检出下限由1 50×10-8g/mL降低到5 38×10-9g/mL。 Computer program was designed applying accelerated simplex optimization. Testing conditions of determination of copper by atomic absorption spectrometry were optimized using this program. The detection limit of copper was lower to 5.38 × 10-9 g/mL from 1.50 × 10-8 g/mL.
