摘 要: Oka建立了台中65等基因F_1不育系,并把该试验的结果作为支持重复配子致死模式的证据。本研究利用台中65及其3个等基因F_1不育系分析了花粉育性的分离方式。试验结果符合单基因座孢子体-配子体互作模式,而不符合重复配子致死模式。假设在S-E2、S-E3和S-E5基因座上,台中65的基因型为,等基因F_1不育系E2的基因型为,等基因F_1不育系E4的基因型为,等基因F_1不育系E5的基因型为。在杂合株中,等位基因互作导致携带s^f基因的雄配子不完全败育。对采用与Oka不同的基因模式作了讨论。 Oka established isogenic F1-sterile lines of Taichung 65, and considered the experimental data obtained as evidence to support the duplicate gametophytic lethal model. In the present study, Taichung 65 and its three isogenic F1-sterile lines were used in analysing the segregation pattern for pollen fertility. The results could only be explained by the one locus sporo-gametophytic interaction model, but not by the duplicate gametophytic lethal model. The genotypes are assumed to be Sf-E2/ Si-E2 Si-E3/Si'-E3 Si-E5/Si-E5 for Taichung 65, Si-E2/Si-E2 Si-E3/Si-E3 Si-E5/Si-E5 for the isogenic F1-sterile line E2, Si-E2/Si-E2 Si-E3/Si-E3 Si-E5/Si-E5 for the isogenic F1-sterile line E4, and Si-E2/Si-E2 Si-E3/Si-E3 Si-E5/Si-E5 for the isogenic F1-sterile line E5. At the S-E2, S-E3 and S-E5 loci, the allelic interaction causes male gametes carrying Si aborted incompletely in the Si/Si hetero-zygotes. The adoption of the one locus sporo-gametophytic interaction model in this study, in stead of the duplicate gametophytic lethal model supported by Oka's study, is discussed.
