摘　　要： 本文从虚拟参考服务的发展现状谈起 ,通过与传统参考服务的比较引出虚拟参考服务的工作特点 ,重点谈论了虚拟参考服务的未来发展趋势 :一是服务方式由非实时向实时咨询解答发展 ,一是单个图书馆的虚拟参考服务向多馆合作即联合虚拟参考服务发展。 The article introduces the development of the virtual reference service at present,then discusses the characteristics of the virtual reference service comparing the traditional one,and at last points the develop tendency:first the non-real-time Reference will develop to real-time Reference,second the one-library virtual reference Service will develop to united-library(collaborative virtual reference service).
