摘 要: 以木薯淀粉糖化醪为发酵原料,利用正交试验法,在摇瓶发酵试验中,考察了菌种、粒子填充率、初糖浓度对发酵的影响。进行了固定化酵母流化床生物反应器木薯淀粉酒精的间歇发酵试验,研究 4项运行参数—— —发酵醪中的残糖含量、酒精含量、 值以及反应器内的平均温度随发酵时间的变化情况,分析了木薯淀 pH粉浓醪发酵的可行性和反应器对不同原料的适应性。 Tapioca Starch was used for fermented raw. By using orthogonal experiment, effects of Strain, ratio of particle filled and content of initial sugar on fermentation were studied in shaking-bottle fermentation experiment. And then fermentation experiment with immobilized yeast in the fluidized bed bio-reactor were studied. Four fermentation parameters including remaining sugar, ethanol content, pH value and average temperature in the reactor whose conditions vary with fermentation time and the probability of thick tapioca mash fermentation and the adaptability to different raw materials in the fluidized bed bio-reactor were studied.
