摘 要: 本文对传统非营利组织的基础理论中的"市场失败"与"政府失败"理论倾向进行梳理.指出这两种理论倾向都无法完整的描述非营利组织"公共性"与"私立性"天然融合的特点。然而在理论建构上,大多数学者只是纯粹的把这两种倾向的理论机械的放在一起。而不是在它们之间寻求融合的可能。本文因此提出要重新思考非营利部门、市场部门与政府部门之间的关系,寻求可以融合这两种理论的第三种理论倾向。 this paper focus on the notions 'market failure' and ' government failure', which are the basic theory in traditional NPO ( non - profit organization). And then point out that both of the two notions cannot describe the character that 'public' and 'private' in NPO are syncretic naturally. However, in the foundation of this theory, most scholars just put these two notions together mechanically and fail to seek the probability that they can be syncretized flevibly. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to reconsider the relationship among non - profit sector, marketing sector and government sector. Finally the paper try to find another notion which can syncretize these two notions to-gether
