摘 要: 综述了国内外分子筛催化乙苯工业化技术进展,包括Mobil-Badger,Lummus-UOP,L/U/U,CDTech, Dow化学及中国乙苯工艺,指出乙苯工艺开发的方向是开发液相低苯烯比的新型催化剂和由此带来 的能量利用问题。采用稀乙烯、乙烷或乙醇作烷基化剂是原料开发的重点。 Ethylbenzene commercial processes using zeolite catalysts including Mobil-Badger, Lumms-UOP, L/ U/U, CDTech, Dow Chemical and domestic technologies are reviewed. It also points out that the development opportunities of ethylbenzene synthesis are liquid phase processes with low ratio of benzene to ethylene using new type catalysts and effective usages of ethylbenzene plants. Alkylatinng agents for ethylbenzene alkylation will undoubtedly focus on dilute ethylene, ethane and ethanol.
