摘 要: 利用色谱技术 ,从黑曲霉An 76粗酶液中分离出 2个内切纤维素酶和 3个内切木聚糖酶。研究表明 ,纤维素酶对麦草浆有增强和助滤的作用 ,木聚糖酶则具有降低纸浆脆性的作用。若二者混合使用 。 Three pure endo-β-xylanases and two pure endo-β-cellulases were obtained by use of chromatography methods and applied to treat the bleached wheat straw pulp. The results showed that the fragility property of wheat straw pulp decreased greatly after xylanase treatment while cellulase treatment improved the drainability of the pulp. If the pulp was treated with a mixture of the two enzymes in proportion, the pulp characteristics could be improved more effectively.
