摘 要: 利用漆酶、漆酶 /介体体系对枫香木酶解木素进行处理 ,并对处理后木素进行高温处理 ,研究各种处理过程木素的酚羟基含量变化 ,同时进行了紫外和红外光谱解析。与对照样相比较 ,经漆酶处理后 ,木素的酚羟基含量增加 ;而经漆酶 /介体体系处理后 ,木素酚羟基含量降低 ;在漆酶 /介体处理中 ,两种介体相比 ,漆酶 /ABTS体系对木素的作用效果更为明显 ;经漆酶和漆酶 /介体处理的木素再经高温处理后 ,木素的酚羟基含量比未经高温处理的木素的高。红外光谱分析表明 ,经漆酶、漆酶 /介体处理后木素中紫丁香基结构型O H相对含量增多 ;经过漆酶处理后的木素醇羟基和α 位共轭羰基略有增加 ; Cellulolytic enzyme lignin (CEL) is modified by laccase, laccase/mediator system (LMS), and then treated under a high temperature after laccase treatments. Phenolic hydroxyl contents of lignin are measured, and UV and IR spectrum are analyzed. Compared with control sample, phenolic hydroxyl contents of GEL are higher after laccase treatment, whereas they are lower after LMS treatment. In LMS, lignin modification by laccase/ABTS is higher than that by laccase/VA. And after subsequent high temperature process, phenolic hydroxyl contents of lignin increase. It is found from IR that in treated lignin by laccase and LMS, relative content of lilac phenolic hydroxyl group is higher, and alcoholic hydroxyl and α-conjugated carboxide group contents are a little higher. But methoxyl group content does not change from IR.
