摘 要: PCR CE微流控芯片是利用微电子机械系统制作在硅、玻璃或聚合物衬底上的一种微装置 ,它可以在单个芯片上自动连续完成样品制备、聚合酶链反应、毛细管电泳等微过程。本文通过介绍一些研究小组的研究成果 ,评述了PCR CE微流控芯片技术的若干进展及各种PCR CE微流控芯片的特点 ,预测了PCR PCR-CE microfluidic chip is a kind of automatic microdevice fabricated on silicon, glass or polymer matrix by microelectromechanical system. A series of micro-processes, such as sample preparation, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and capillary electrophoresis (CE), can be implemented on a single chip consecutively and automatically. Several advances of PCR-CE microfluidic chip techniques and characteristics of PCR-CE microfluidic chips are described through introducing achievements of PCR-CE research groups. Trends of development are discussed briefly.
