摘 要: 人才流失的实质是知识流失。从知识持续管理角度来看待人才流失危机管理问题,介绍了知识持续管理的相关概念和基本假设,分析了其竞争优势,初步探讨了知识持续管理体系的开发与管理策略,为企业人才流失危机管理提供了参考依据。 The essence of brain drain is the knowledge lost. This paper discussed the problem of crisis management of brain drain from the perspective of knowledge continuity management. At the first, The authors have introduced the concept and hypothesis of knowledge continuity management and analyzed its competitive advantage. Fatherly, the authors have probed into the development and management tactics of knowledge continuity management system tentatively, offering the theoretic support for enterprises to deal with the problem of brain drain.
