摘　　要： 本文对ERP发展趋势研究的基础上,提出了基于“软件人”技术的ERP系统。利用“软件人”的自主性(autonomy)、社会能力(socialability)、自适性、自学习、自组织、遗传、移动、协调等特性,基于“软件人”技术的ERP系统有助于解决目前ERP系统普遍存在的智能程度不高、系统不易维护等问题。 After research on the development of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning),This paper proposed ERP system based on softman technology. 'Softman' can be regarded as a software entity with the attributes of autonomy?social ability?self-adaptation?self-learning ?self-organization?mobility?coordination etc. Benefited form this technology, this system is helpful to resolved the problem of intelligence and maintenance generally exiting in traditional ERP system.
