摘　　要： 本文认为网络化制造模式应具有基于互联网的管理技术集成、协同化设计管理和实现异地施工组织网络化等基本内容。讨论了企业内部的信息集成方法,即使用材料的公共属性把不同管理系统之间的BOM结构集成在一起,并提出不同组织协同设计过程协作平台实现数据有限共享的有效方法。总结可行的产品数据管理系统和项目协作管理系统的实施经验,提出可行的实施方法和实施流程。 The author conceives that there are three basic contents in network based manufacture mode:internet based information integrating technology,collaborative product designing and separate place construct organizing. This paper discusses the information integrating method within a factory,puts forward a method which connects different management systems' BOM structure by using materials' common attributes. It also introduces an efficient sharing information method between different organs in collaborative designing. The author summarizes experiences in the implementation of product data management system and project collaborative management system,advances a feasible implementing method and the implementing flow.
