摘 要: 以天然高分子F691粉为原料,通过接枝膦酸基团制备了一种水处理剂LXL-A.通过正交试验,确定的最佳制备工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,n(ClCH2COOH)∶n(F691)=1,n(PCl3)∶n(F691)=1 5,n(NaOH)∶n(F691)=4.此时LXL-A具有最高的膦酸基团取代度.红外光谱分析表明,药剂中接枝上了膦酸基团,成功实现了接枝改性. A new water treatment agent LXL-A has been prepared by use of natural polymer F_(691) powder grafted with phosphoric acid group.By method of orthogonal and single-factor tests, the optimum methodology was determined.The best Condition: reaction temperature 50 ℃,n(ClCH_2COOH)∶(n(F_(691))=1),n(PCl_3)∶(n(F_(691))=1.5),(n(NaOH)∶)n(F_(691))=4.Under this condition,the agent LXL-A has gotten the highest substation of phosphoric acid group. IR spectrum analysis shows that the agent has successfully been modified by graft copolymerizing with phosphoric acid group.
