摘　　要： 通过对联轴器金相和断口光谱分析认定,得出断裂是由于应力集中和加工过程中的热处理不当而产生的。并通过Pro/E建模后的ANSYS结构分析,找出在设计中的结构不合理所引起应力集中,对结构进行有限元优化后减小应力集中。然后对加工过程中的热处理进行改进,提高联轴器的强度。 In the paper, the writers analyzed the reason why claw coup lings frequently rupture in the production through electricity- lens and ANSYS. Stress-concentration caused by unreasonable constructions and craft was found. Optimization of its construction and craft was done in order to improve its intensity.
