摘　　要： 研究发现 ,在醋酸介质中 ,痕量钍 (Ⅳ )能灵敏地阻抑高碘酸钾氧化酸性靛蓝褪色的指示反应。研究了该阻抑褪色反应的最佳条件及动力学参数 ,建立了一种新的测定痕量钍 (Ⅳ )的办法。本方法线性范围为 0 .0 -1 .0 μg 2 5mL钍 (IV) ,用于环境水样中钍(Ⅳ )的测定 。 An inhibitory spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace thorium(Ⅳ) has beenestablished based on the fact that trace thorium(Ⅳ) can sensnively inhibit the oxidation of indigo solubleby KIO 4 in HAC medium,the optimum conditions and the kinetic parameters of this reaction have beenstudied.The linear rangeis 0.0～1.0μg/25mL,the detection limit is 3.216×10 -11 g/mL.It has been appliedto the determination of trace thorium(Ⅳ) in environmental water samples with satisfactory result.
