摘 要: 用自腐蚀(FC)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱 (FT-IR)和电化学 (EC)等方法,研究了低碳钢表面在不同烘烤温度下直接聚合正硅酸四乙酯 (TEOS)成膜的覆盖层在 3. 5%NaCl水溶液中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,TEOS聚合膜具有较高的势垒效应,高温烘烤时,该聚合膜的烃基与氢氧化铁有效缩聚成膜,呈现化学吸附机理,且致密性和耐蚀性好。 The inhibiting effect of tetra-ethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) polymeric film on mild steel corrosion at different stoving temperature in sodium chloride 3.5% aqueous solution was studied. The composition and structure of the polymeric film as well as the corrosion resistance were also studied using free corrosion, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectrum (TF-IR) technique and electrochemical methods (EC). Results of experiments show that TEOS inhibits steel corrosion owing to the barrier effect formed by the polymeric film on the surface of the steel, and that TEOS is chemisorbed on the surface of the steel through a condensation reaction between TEOS alkyl radical group and iron hydroxides. Chemisorption takes place at high temperature.
