摘　　要： CEPA关于开放内地律师服务业的许多极具突破性的条款,将使内地律师服务业在短时间内受到一定冲击。内地律师服务业必须找准自身定位,扬长避短,将合作与学习融为一体,提高服务质量,抓住CEPA机遇,勇于接受挑战。 Quite a few of CEPA items Concerning open inland lawyer's servicing business have the breakthrough very much and will make inland lawyer's servicing business be subjected to the certain impact in a short time. So the bar of inland must nail down own realizing position, take advantage and avoid disadvantage, merge into an integral whole cooperation and studies, improve service quality, hold tight the opportunity and brave the challenge.
