摘　　要： 金融创新在提高金融资源配置效率和促进金融业发展的同时,也在总体上加大了金融风险,因此,政府监管部门必须正确处理金融创新与金融监管的关系:金融监管要服务于金融创新及提高金融效率,维护金融安全;同时,金融创新应当是在金融监管框架内的创新。金融监管部门对金融创新应采取如下监管策略:更新监管理念和思路;建立金融监管下的有效、科学的金融创新体制;监管模式和监管手段的创新;加快金融监管国际化的步伐。 The finance innovations not only increase effectiveness of financial resource distribution and accelerate the financial development,but also enlarge financial risk,so the government have to correctly deal with the relationship between the financial innovations and financial regulation.Financial regulation must aim on financial innovations,financial effectiveness and financial security .At the same time , the financial innovations ought to be defined the frame of financial regulation.The regulation institute ought to take the following tactics:the new regulation idea and thinking,establishing effectively and scientific system of financial regulation,the innovation of regulation pattern and measure,speeding the pace of internationalization of financial regulation.
