摘 要: 在移动智能网中,SCP实现业务控制功能,是整个移动智能网系统的核心。首先分析了CMIN02移动智能网系统中SCP的体系结构,指出其缺陷和局限性。然后根据TCP/IP协议中IP数据包格式的设计思想,引入了通用消息协议和通用消息平台的概念,并在此基础上重新设计了SCP的体系结构。最后分析了新SCP系统的优势。 SCP providing service control function is the core of whole mobile intelligent network. This paper first analyzes the architecture of SCP in CMIN02 mobile intelligent network and points out its shortcomings and limitation. Then the author introduces the conceptions of general message protocol and general message platform according to the format of IP datagram in TCP/IP stack. Based on that, the architecture of SCP is redesigned. At last the advantages of new SCP system are discussed.
