摘　　要： 高校人事制度改革是高校改革与发展的突破口,是高等教育发展的必由之路,谁先走,谁就将获得发展的主动权。如何准确理解政策,把握改革态势,吸取别人改革的成功经验与失败的教训,争取后发的优势,这一切都依赖于前期的调查研究。网上调查不失为一种十分方便快捷的调查工具,值得广为推广。借助网络搜索工具,以高校人事制度改革为主题词进行网上调查,对网上调查获得的329条相关信息进行分类统计、分析解读,从而归纳出当前高校人事制度改革的现状和存在的问题,并进一步提出改革的思考意见,且对网上调查的使用作了基本的评价。 Personnel system reformation is the breach of reform and development in colleges and universities, and the only way to develop higher education. Earlier stages research and survey is deteminant to the work of comprehension policies, grasping the reformation posture, and learning from other' s successful experiences and failed lessons. Intel investigation is a kind of convenient and fast researching tools. By the aid of Intel-searching engine, searching under the key words'高校人事制度改革', 329 items are get. After classifying counted and analyzed to these items, present conditions and unsolved problems are concluded; further reformation thoughts are put forward; and basic appraisement are given to the Intel investigation.
