摘　　要： 农民收入增长缓慢是农村经济发展中最突出的问题。引发农民增收缓慢的原因是多方面的,不合理的体制是妨碍农民增收的重要原因。因此,笔者认为,要发展农业生产、增加农民收入,根本途径是对传统农业体制进行改革和创新。 Peasant' s slow increase in income is the most outstanding problem in the raral economy development slowly, the reason of causing peasants to raise income slowly is various, the unreasonable system is the important reason. So, to develop agricultural production, increase peasant' s income, The basic way is to carry on the reform and innovate the traditional agricultural system.
