摘　　要： 构筑高校毕业生就业工作新模式必须基于对市场有清醒的认识。加大就业工作的力度是加强高校自身建设的重要工作之一。高校就业工作的部门是学生就业指导之家,用人单位求才的场所,高校了解社会需求的窗口。根据两类性质不同的就业指导,应分别采取无偿和有偿的方式开展工作。同时还应进行系统、整体的规划。 The function of college graduate employment guidance is very important in graduate employmeat,meeting the needs of employers and realizing the society by colleges and universities.Generally speaking,there are two kinds of employment guidance job:paid guidance and free guidance,This paper also puts forward that graduate empolyment guidance work should be planned systematically.
