摘 要: 应用双螺杆挤出机 ,将聚碳酸酯 (PC)分别与 2种具有不同粘度的ABS(丙烯腈 /丁二烯 /苯乙烯共聚物 )树脂 (ABS 747和ABS 75 7)进行熔融共混 ,制备出二元合金体系。在室温下测量了 2种合金的拉伸性能和Izod冲击性能。结果表明 ,2种合金的拉伸性能对PC含量的依赖性截然不同 ,而冲击性能则较为相似。在相同条件下 ,PC/ABS 75 7的拉伸性能和冲击性能均优于PC/ABS 747。 Polycarbonate (PC) was melt-blended respectively with two kinds of ABS (ABS 747 and ABS 757) with different viscosity by using a twin-screw extruder to form two binary alloy systems. The tensile and Izod impact properties of the alloys were measured at room temperature. The results showed that the tensile properties were different between the two alloy systems, whereas the impact behavior was approximately similar each other. Under the same conditions, the tensile and impact properties of PC/ABS 757 were better than those of PC/ABS 747, and there was somewhat synergic effect in tensile strength for the former.
