摘　　要： 采用多重PCR和四色荧光 ( 5′FAM、JOE、NED和ROX)自动化检测技术调查中国警犬种犬PEZ1、FHC2054、FHC2010、PEZ5、PEZ20、PEZ12、PEZ3、PEZ6、PEZ8和FHC2079等 10个STR基因座多态性,并计算该10个基因座的等位基因频率(P)、杂合度(H)、多态信息含量(PIC)和非父排除率(PE)。实验警犬为 7个品种269头种犬。结果显示该 10个STR位点的非父排除率 (PE)为 99. 728 7%、个体识别力 (DP)为 99. 999 1%。共调查了 7个品种的 11个家系 48头犬的 10个STR基因座上的基因型,建立了警犬STR-DNA亲子鉴定方法。 By multiplex amplification and four fluorescent technique,the polymorphism distribution of ten STR loci, PEZ1,FHC2054,FHC2010,PEZ5,PEZ20,PEZ12,PEZ3,PEZ6,PEZ8 and FHC2079 were investigated the policedog population in China.Gene frequency(P), expected heterozygosity(H),polymorphism information content(PIC) and probability of paternity exclusion(PE) were calculated by tested 269 dogs in 7 breeds. Cumulate DP of ten STR loci is 99.999 1%,Cumulate PE of ten STR loci is 99.728 7%. Based on this, three Kunming shepherd dogs’ parentage was identified, and a method of STR-DNA police dog parentage indentification was established.
