摘 要: 以大田和盆栽‘石硖’龙眼为试材, 研究氯酸钾土施处理对大田植株叶片的SOD活性、POD活性、MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量和叶片含水量等指标影响,同时也研究了处理对盆栽植株的根系活力、叶片水势等的影响。研究表明,氯酸钾处理后,‘石硖’龙眼所发生生理反应类似逆境生理反应,氯酸钾处理后 1个月内叶片的脯氨酸、MDA和可溶性蛋白含量均高于对照,处理后叶片的SOD、POD活性一直明显高于对照,而叶片水势和根系活力则显著低于对照。 Field and potted longan trees cv. ‘Shixia’ were selected to study their physiological response to potassium chlorate (KClO_3) soil placement. A series assays were carried out, including the activities of SOD and POD,and the levels of MDA, soluble protein, proline and water potential in the field leaves, and even the root vigor in the potted plants. The results showed that physiological responses of longan to KClO_3 soil placement were similar to those of stresses. The levels of MDA, soluble protein and proline in the treated leaves were all higher than that in control leaves within one month. And the activities of SOD and POD in the treated leaves were significantly higher than that in control group. However, the leaf water potential and root vigor were markedly lower than that of control.
