摘 要: 杜父鱼驼形线虫的总感染率为10.8%.年平均感染强度为1.5(1~3),相对密度为0.2.该线虫在宿主种群中为聚集分布.水温在16℃左右时.感染率、平均感染强度和相对密度最高,分别为40%,3和0.6;宿主年龄对该线虫的种群数量有明显影响.该线虫种群有明显的季节变化,它使被感染的低龄(1~3)鱼的肥满度平均下降6.3%. The total prevalence, mean intensity and relative density of the nematode (Camallanu:-cotti Fujita) are respectively 10. 8 %, 1. 5 (1-3) and 0. 2. The frequency distribution of the nematode is overdispersed among the fish population. When the water temperature is about 16 'C , the values of prevalence, mean intensity and relative density are the biggest, 40 %, 3 and 0. 6 respectively. The age of the fish has an obvious influence on the number of the nematode population. There are also obviously seasonal changes of the nematode population. The nematode feeds on blood of the fish,and causes reduction of the plumpness of 1-3 years aged hosts (6-3 % in average).
