摘　　要： 为保证配网的良好运行状态,电力公司在加强电网扩建改造的同时,系统维护也一直是工作的重要内容。设计了一种配网维护方案优化算法,它利用配网运行的历史数据,获得系统可靠性基础信息;基于RCM基本原理,采用故障模式影响分析法,确定关键设备并分析设备故障率变化对供电可用率的影响,引入检修效益因子的概念,产生的检修方案达到了满足供电可用率且费用最小的目标。 An approach for optimizing distribution maintenance tasks is presented.According to the historical data the base reliability information is obtained.Failure mode affection analysis based on RCM is applied to choose the key devices.The relation between the change of failure rate of component and service availability index is analyzed and the maintenance effective fact is defined.The result is satisfied service availability index with the minimal investment.
