摘 要: 在抄造高透气度的纸张时,为适当提高原纸的强度,对羟乙基化浆需要进行一定的打浆处理。本文主要对羟乙基化马尾松浆的打浆特性进行了研究,并从羟乙基化浆性能变化的角度出发,对打浆机理进行了分析。结果表明羟乙基化浆的打浆抗拒力明显高于原浆,其原因主要在于纤维形态的变化、以及纸浆中半纤维素含量及细小纤维含量的变化。另外,为了取得纸张透气度和强度之间的平衡,对羟乙基化浆只能进行适度打浆,打浆度不宜超过 14°SR。 When making paper with high air-permeability, hydroxyethyl fibers are needed to be beaten in order to increase strength. The beating properties of hydroethylated Masson′s pine pulp were studied in this paper. And the beating mechanism was analyzed by the properties change of hydroxyethyl fiber. The results showed hydroxyethylated pulp has higher resistance to beating than origin pulp. The reasons rested with the change of fiber shape, hemicellulose content and fines content. Otherwise, in order to keep the balance of strength and air-permeability, hydroxyethylated pulp should be beaten properly, beating degree should less than 14 °SR .
