摘　　要： 将受贿罪依照贪污罪处罚会导致一系列理论与实践上的困惑,不符合国际上通行的立法精神,不具有依照处罚的依据与基础,加司法部门的工作难度,不能满足受贿罪实际发展的需要,不利于打击与预防受贿犯罪。 If aueptance of bribes adopt the penalty of corruption offence, there will be a series of theoretical and practical problems ,not identifying the principle of international making laws, not having the bases of penalty, increasing the troubles of the judicial department, not satisfying the necessity of the development of acceptance of bribes.
