摘　　要： 修订后的《婚姻法》对夫妻财产制度作了新的规定,较原来规定有了很大的改善,但仍存在一些缺陷和不足,本文试分析了我国现行夫妻财产制存在的立法缺陷,提出了完善我国夫妻财产制的立法建议。 The system of husband's and wifes's property still has some deficiencies and shortcomings although it has greatly been improved by the marriage law,which makes some new stipulations in this respect.The authors of this article,after making careful analyses of the legislative shortcomings of the existing system of husband's and wife's property,put forward their legislative suggestions for the amendment of this system.
