摘 要: 离职研究是企业人力资源管理领域一个重要的课题。根据国内外的研究,离职有离职意向的影响因素和离职意向到行为的调节因素两大原因。企业管理者和研究人员要针对离职原因制定离职的管理对策,对企业具有十分重要的实践意义。 Resignation Study has been regarded as an important subject in the research on human resource management. Both domestic and foreign researches shw that there exist two major reasons for resignation inclination and adjusting element for resignation from inclination to behavior. The management tacts designed by managers and researchers will be of impertance to enterprises in dealing with staff resignation issue.
