摘 要: 将食用菌长根菇 (O .radiacate)、黄背木耳 (A .fuscosucciuea)、平菇 (P .ostreatus)、黑木耳 (A .auricular)、香菇(L .edodes)、姬松茸 (A .blazei)、草菇 (V .volvacea)、蘑菇 (A .bisporus)、茯苓 (P .cocos)和赤芝 (G .lucidum )与植物病原菌玉米小斑病菌 (B .maydis)、稻瘟病菌 (P .grisea)、核盘菌 (S .sclerotiorum)、禾谷镰刀菌 (F .graminearum)、串珠镰刀菌 (F .moniliforme)和立枯丝核菌 (R .solani)之间进行拮抗培养。试验结果表明 ,长根菇、黄背木耳、平菇和黑木耳对稻瘟病菌有很强的拮抗作用 ;长根菇和黄背木耳对玉米小斑病菌也有很强的拮抗作用。在此基础上 ,通过菌丝间的相互作用、对扣试验发现对植物病原菌没有抑制作用 ; The antagonistic test were done between some edible fungus (O.radiacate, A.fuscosucciuea, P.ostreatus, A.auricular, L.edodes, A.blaze, V.volvacea, A.bisporus, P.coco and G.lucidum) and some fungous plant pathogens (B.maydis, P.grisea, S.sclerotiorum, F.graminearum, F.moniliforme and R.solan). The results show that O.radiacate, A.fuscosucciuea, P.ostreatus and A.auricular have a strong antagonism against P.grisea. And O.radiacate and A.fuscosucciuea have a strong antagonism against B.maydis too. Furthermore, there are not inhibiting effects on the plant pathogens by the survey of mycelial interaction and enclosed chamber test, while the mycelial growth of B.maydis is strongly inhibited by the PDB fermented culture broth of O.radiacate.
