摘 要: 本文从粮食总产量、单产水平分析了我国粮食综合生产能力的历史变化,根据我国高产田、中低产田的投入和单产水平的利用现状,指出改造低产田是提高粮食综合生产能力,保证我国食物安全的重要途径,在防止耕地退化、保护生态环境方面具有重要意义。 Firstly,this paper analyzed the changes of the food productive capacity in two aspects in China:the total output of grain and the yield per unit of area. Then according to the differences between the input and output of the mediumlow yielded farmland and the high one, it advanced that reforming the mediumlow yielded farmland to enhance the productive capacity of cultivated land is an important way to guarantee food safety, also it has great significance on preventing farmland degradation as well as the environment protection.
