摘 要: 通过对深黄被孢霉AS3.2793和MUI0310进行紫外线和氯化锂复合诱变、以及硫酸二乙酯和氯化锂复合诱变,涂布在诱变培养基上,对分离出的突变株进行摇瓶发酵初筛,从中得到一支产花生四烯酸的菌株。该菌株在摇瓶产脂培养基中发酵8天:生物量达16.57g/l,油脂含量达49.10%,油脂得率达8.14g/l,油脂中花生四烯酸的含量为0.9%. The strains Mortierella isabellina AS3.2793 and MUI0310 are cooperatively treated by UV and LiCl, and then by DES and LiCl as mutating agent over again. After that,a mutant strain which can produce AA is obtained through the screening of flask culture. Biomass:16.57g/l,the content of total oil:49.10%,the total oil:8.14g/l,the content of AA in total oil:0.9% is obtained after 8 days flask culturing of this strain.
