摘　　要： 企业信息管理中,库存管理是非常重要的一部分,而库存不可动用量的管理又是库存管理中不可或缺的部分。库存不可动用量的存在使得用户难以随时取得库存的准确信息,从而造成生产和销售决策上的失误。本文论述了库存不可动用量的特点,并提出了解决库存不可动用量造成的困扰的有效方法。 Inventory management is very important in companies' information management, of which the management of inventorial fixed amount is a necessary part. The existing of it makes users difficult to get the accurate inventory information at any moment, thus the mistake of the production and sales decision produces. In this paper, the character of inventorial fixed amount is described and effective method which solves the difficulty caused by inventorial fixed amount is brought forward.
