摘 要: 基于电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转的步进电机细分技术,设计了直接电压放大功率驱动的细分驱动电路,采用软件生成表和人工修正相结合的方法,补偿了步距角与细分数的非线性关系.实现了步距角的均匀细分,细分角达到了每步0 025°.实验表明在负荷不大时,系统运行平稳而且细分精度高. Based on the subdividing technology of step motor with the constant amplitude current vector and even rotation, the subdividing driven circuit with amplified power arising from directly amplified voltage has been designed. With the method of data table generated by computer and manual adjustment, the linearity between the step angle and the number of subdivided step has been obtained. The evenly subdividing angle reaches 0025°. Experiments show that the system works stably and has a good repeatability.
