摘 要: 根据同轴传输线的传输方程,分析了利用瞬态解产生电脉冲的过程,并从实验上通过选择适当的电源电压值,调节负载电阻,控制电磁波在各个界面的反射系数,在一种电阻性负载回路上得到了稳定的上升沿快至2.67ns、正频宽小到4.33ns、电压幅度为55V的纳秒电脉冲. According to the transmission formula of the coaxial transmission line, the process of generating an short electrical pulse is analyzed by using the transient solution of the transmission formula. A stable short pulse whose positive pulse width is 4.33 ns is gotten in the experiment by adjusting the electrical source, the resistance and the reflect coefficient of the electromagnetic wave.
