摘 要: 采用高接枝率的聚丙烯(PP)三单体固相接枝物(TMPP)为相容剂,制得PP/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料。研究了不同相容剂用量对纳米复合材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明,当ω(TMPP)和ω(MMT)均为3%时,纳米复合材料的最大结晶峰温度从PP的113.9℃提高到125.5℃;当m(TMPP)/m(MMT)为1∶1时,纳米复合材料的弯曲强度提高25%,弯曲模量提高50%,相容剂含量继续增加,纳米复合材料的力学性能没有进一步提高;纳米复合材料热失重20%时的温度与PP相比提高了70℃。 Polypropylene/montmorillonite (PP/MMT) nano-composites were prepared with taking one kind of polypropylene (PP) grafted in solid-phase with three kinds of monomers (methyl methacrylate, maleic acid anhydride and butyl acrylate) at high grafting ratio as the compatibilizer (TMPP). The effects of the compatibilizer content on the structure and properties of PP/MMT nano-composites were studied. The results show that when mass fraction of both TMPP and MMT reaches 3%, the maximum crystallization temperature of the nano-composite rises from 113.9°C of PP to 125.5°C. When the ratio of m(TMPP) to m(MMT) equals to 1:1, the bending strength and bending modulus of the nano-composite increases by 25% and 50%, respectively. In case of further raising the compatibilizer content, the mechanical properties of the nano-composite no longer go up. The temperature at weight loss of 20% of the nano-composites was increased by 70°C compared with that of PP.
