摘　　要： 有效的经营模式是农业产业化经营的前提 ,它使企业和农户之间形成“利益共享 ,风险共担”的机制。但是 ,如果没有技术创新 ,农户和企业的收入就难以增长 ,“利益共享”的机制发挥不了作用 ,现存的经营模式最终会消失。农业产业化经营由于无处可依托 ,农业生产将恢复到以前农户独立生产的状态。引导民营科技企业参与农业产业化经营 ,可以发挥其在技术创新方面的优势 ,同时 。 The efficient management pattern is the premise of agricultural industrialization management. It constituted the system of sharing profit and risk between enterprises and peasants. If there was no technological innovation, the income of the enterprises and peasants would hard to increase. It would lead to the failure of the system of sharing profit and the existent management pattern would vanish at last. The agricultural production would step back into the self-production state because there was no organization for agricultural industrialization management to depend on. It will play an important role in technological innovation and develop the existent management mode to guide non-state-owned S&T enterprises to participate in the agriculture industrialization management.
