摘 要: 对磁流变液组成材料的选取及相互间的配比关系进行了研究.利用均匀设计配方设计来制备磁流变液,从而通过较少的试验获得了高屈服强度、低沉降性能的优良磁流变液,并分析了不同组分对磁流变液各方面性能的影响. Because magnetorheological fluids (MRF) have more excellent rheological characteristic than electrorheological fluids (ERF), the research of may modulatory bounds having larger range of shear yield force and lower settlement capability is concerned. By referring the past data and experiences, magnetorheological fluids are designed by uniformity design method. The excellent magnetorheological fluids having high yield intensity and lower settlement capability are obtained. Simultaneously, influences of different components on MRF are analyzed.
