摘 要: 从水泥与混凝土的凝结机理以及缓凝剂、缓凝型减水剂对水泥与混凝土凝结的影响 ,分析探讨了预拌混凝土产生缓凝、超缓凝的原因及其预防措施 ,认为导致预拌混凝土产生缓凝或超缓凝的主要原因是 :(1)水泥本身的凝结时间过长 ;(2 )缓凝剂或缓凝型减水剂掺量过大。因此 ,在预拌混凝土生产过程中应选择凝结时间合适的水泥、准确把握与控制缓凝剂或缓凝型减水剂的掺量。 According to the setting mechanisms of cement and the influence of set retarder or set-retarding and water-reducing agent on the setting,we analyzed the reasons for the retarded set or super retarded-set of ready-mixed concrete and the measures to offset.The results show that the reasons are mainly due to the retarded set of cement used or the excessive addition of set retarder or set-retarding and water-reducing agent.Attentions should be therefore paid to the application of cements with appropriate setting time and the accurate addition of set retarder or set-retarding and water-reducing agent in the production of ready-mixed concrete.
