结晶紫-硼酸复配物的固相合成及其热变色性能

摘  要: 采用固相法合成了结晶紫-硼酸系列可逆热致变色颜料。研究结果表明,m(结晶紫)∶m(硼酸)=1∶(200~600),研制的颜料在60~65℃时由紫红色开始变为蓝色,加热到95~100℃时变为黄色,冷却时恢复为紫红色,复色时间小于3min。重复进行20次实验,颜料的色泽、变色温度和复色时间保持不变。还研究了MgO、Al2O3、硅藻土、硅胶、CaCO3等无机填料对颜料变色性能的影响,结果表明:以Al2O3和硅胶为填料,m(结晶紫)∶m(硼酸)∶m(填料)=1∶200∶(100~200),颜料的两个变色温度降低到56℃和85℃,复色时间为105s。DSC检测颜料的热变色过程得出:该系列变色颜料在40~60℃、100~130℃、130~150℃出现3个吸热峰。 A series of crystal violet-boric acid reversible thermochromic paints were prepared by solid phase synthesis method.The results indicate that,with m(crystal violet)∶m(boric acid)=1∶(200~600),the color of the paint changes from violet-red to blue at 60~65 ℃,and changes to yellow at 95~100 ℃.The paint recovers its original color after being cooled and the color-recovering time is less than 3 min.The color and lustre,thermochromic temperature and color-recovering time of the products keep constant when the experiment is carried out repeatedly 20 times.Influences of the sort and the ratio of filler such as MgO,Al_2O_3,siliceous earth,silica gel and CaCO_3 on the thermochromic property of the paint were studied.It shows that,with m(crystal violet)∶m(boric acid)∶m(filler)=1∶200∶(100~200),and Al_2O_3 and silica gel as filler,the thermochromic temperatures of the paint are reduced to 56 ℃ and 85 ℃,and the color-recovering time is 105 s.The thermochromic process of the products was investigated by DSC,which shows three peaks of heat absorption at 40~60 ℃,100~130 ℃ and 130~150 ℃.
