摘 要: 背景与目的:根据国际经济合作与发展组织(OECD)藻类生长抑制实验的国际标准方法,研究了卤代物对盐藻的毒性作用。材料与方法:CCl4、CHCl3和CHBr3两两混合共3个浓度组、三者混合1个浓度组和1个对照组,毒物浓度设置参照国家GB5749-1985《生活饮用水卫生标准》,对盐藻进行培养,48 h后进行平板计数。 结果:得到了各试验组对盐藻(Dunaliella salina)的48h半数有效抑制浓度EC50值,以及得到各混合物毒性相加和S与联合效应相加指数AI,由于AI值均在-0.1-0.1,表明混合物对盐藻的毒性具有相加作用。结论:盐藻作为受试生物在毒物的评价方面具有广阔的前景。 BACKGROUND & AIM: According to the standard methods of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) for algal growth inhibition test, the combined-toxicitiy test of three kinds of halid-mixtures to Dunaliella salina was conducted. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Four groups of the tests were set by combining any two of CHCl3, CCl4, CHBr3 and all the three compounds, another group was a control. Concentrations were set according to the National drinking water health standard (GB5749-1985) and D. salina was cultivated in these groups. Cell counting was conducted after 48 h. RESULTS: The EC50 of each group was obtained, and the combined-toxicity's addition-indexes (AI) of the groups were all among - 0.1 - 0.1, which indicated that the toxicity of these compounds to D. salina was additive effect. CONCLUSION: As a tested organism, D. salina has a wide applied potential in the area of toxicology.
